Copyright and Single User Licence

All Sweet Little Learners resources, including written content, lesson plans, activities, templates, graphics, photographs, designs and downloadable files, are protected by copyright.

Purchasing or downloading a Sweet Little Learners resource provides the original purchaser with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use by one educator in one classroom. Purchase of a resource does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Permitted Use

The original purchaser may:

• Print and reproduce copies for students in their own classroom
• Display the resource for instruction within their own classroom
• Assign materials digitally to their own students through a secure, password-protected classroom platform
• Save one copy to a personal device or personal account for their own instructional use

Use That Is Not Permitted

Sweet Little Learners resources may not be:

• Shared with colleagues, teaching partners, support staff or other educators
• Distributed by email, messaging platforms or file-sharing services
• Uploaded to a shared school, board or district drive
• Posted on a public website, social media platform or unsecured learning platform
• Used throughout a school, department, board or district under a single purchase
• Resold, redistributed, sublicensed or offered as a free download
• Copied, modified, translated or repackaged for resale or distribution
• Presented, in whole or in part, as another person’s original work
• Uploaded to artificial intelligence systems for reproduction, adaptation, training or content generation

Additional Educator Licences

Every educator who wishes to access or use a Sweet Little Learners resource must hold their own licence.

Additional licences for school use are available for $45 per teacher. A school-wide licence is not included with an individual purchase unless expressly stated in writing.

If several educators within the same school would like to use a resource, please contact Sweet Little Learners to arrange the appropriate number of licences.

Unauthorised sharing or distribution is a violation of these Terms of Use and may also constitute copyright infringement.
